Midsummer House has private dining facilities for parties of seven to sixteen guests. The restaurant caters for every sort of occasion; organising meetings or private dinners and hosting wedding meals.

Chef Patron Daniel Clifford has devised private dining menus for parties of over six people: his creative cuisine is well suited to both canapés and more extended menus from small, explosive mouthfuls and larger, longer, more narrative affairs. A live feed from two cameras in the kitchen is beamed to a plasma screen in the Blue Room so that private parties can watch the disciplined brigade in action.
